It’s hands down one of the best desserts out there!
These Baked Oats have all of the delicious taste of apple crumble without the added sugar.
They make a great breakfast, dessert or snack option.
Another awesome snack option that is made with oats is our Dark Chocolate and Oat Cookies. In these sweet and chunky dairy-free cookies sticky maple syrup and smooth dark chocolate chunks give the sweetness. While the oats give a heartiness and chunky texture to the cookies.

With yoghurt and fruit for breakfast
Topped with cream or ice cream for dessert
Cut into half portions to have as a snack

It’s best if you let them cool a little so they’re a bit sturdier.
Don’t skip lining your oven-proof dish or your mix is going to stick and it will be impossible to get the baked oats out.
if you want a more cake texture then extend the cooking time by 10 minutes. If you want a silkier texture then pull them out 10 minutes earlier than the stated cooking time. \n\n[/cs_content_seo][cs_element_gap _id=”25″ ][cs_element_gap _id=”26″ ][cs_element_headline _id=”27″ ][cs_content_seo]Recipe Q&A\n\nSubheadline space\n\n[/cs_content_seo][cs_element_text _id=”28″ ][cs_content_seo]Q: What type of oats do I need to use? \n\n[/cs_content_seo][cs_element_text _id=”29″ ][cs_content_seo]A: I use rolled oats but have also used jumbo oats in the past. \n\n[/cs_content_seo][cs_element_gap _id=”30″ ][cs_element_text _id=”31″ ][cs_content_seo]Q: What egg replacement is used?\n\n[/cs_content_seo][cs_element_text _id=”32″ ][cs_content_seo]A: The apple sauce is the egg replacer in this recipe but there are many other egg replacements you could use instead. Older children can measure ingredients, or even make the whole dish as there isn’t any stove work or anything too complicated involved.\n\n[/cs_content_seo][/cs_element_layout_column][/cs_element_layout_row][/cs_element_section][cs_element_section _id=”37″ ][cs_element_layout_row _id=”38″ ][cs_element_layout_column _id=”39″ ][cs_element_text _id=”40″ ][cs_content_seo]
