I love simple and delicious plant-based meals that are ideal for a family.

This means that they need to be quick, easy or sharable. They need to use as few ingredients as possible or be flexible in some way. Most importantly of all - my kids need to actually want to eat them.

All of the recipes are tested on both of my kids and are recipes or meals that we eat at home every day.
